This is my blog about my P90X journey. They are short, not long, and aren't exactly for everyone, I just chose to share it. I wanted to keep things organized, and this seemed like a good way to do it.

Day 18-21 of P90X - Nov 1st-4th 2012
Days 18-21 - Yoga X - Back and Legs - Kenpo X - Stretch X - Well, I've been insanely busy the past four days, so much so I couldn't get my posts in each day. Yoga X felt great, and I have two to look forward to this recovery week. Whoopie. Back and Legs was probably the most I've pushed myself in the program, thus far, and this upcoming week of rest will be very nice to give both a rest. Unfortunately, I missed Kenpo X on Saturday, breaking my streak of consistency, but I made it up by doing Kenpo in late afternoon, followed by Stretch X later that night on Sunday. The stretch was very much needed, and has me ready for the week up again. Week 4 starts tomorrow and it starts with a new Core Synergistic routine. I cannot wait to get it going, and am looking forward to the recovery week before picking it back up in a week from now! 21 days down, 69 days to go!
